Carlos and his team were very professional, did a great job to a high standard and we would recommend them highly. The team were on time everyday, tidied up on leaving and were very polite. Carlos works to a contract which was very useful for us. He kept to the contract and delivered the job on time on on budget. He is very responsive to the clients requests regarding the job and also takes the time to answer questions and make clarifications as they crop up.

I have had a extension, loft conversion, complete renovation of the house, relocation of the rooms, the works were completed to a very high standard, the staff were accommodating and polite at all times, clean and punctual. I would be more than happy to recommenced them for all other works.

Home renovation project: “We bought a period home that needed full renovation from removing chimney breasts and creating open plan spaces to re-wiring the whole house. We had drawings of the works we wanted and we had detailed requests in terms of finishing. We were living in the house during the works and Carlos and his team made sure they caused minimal disruption to us. Not only it has been a pleasure to have them around but we were impressed by their professional attitude. Any small problems or changes of plans were discussed and Carlos always came up with good solutions; we are delighted with the end results and the excellent standard offered. The work has been completed to a high standard, on time and on budget.

We hired Carlos and his team after getting 5 quotes via ‘My builder’, Carlos was the most creative with his ideas to incorporate our requirements and also competitive. There were also some changes which were dealt with without any problem during the process.

Carlos and his team are very hard working and completed the major works on schedule, especially as its was February/March so quite cold. The timescales were better than quoted by other builders to do the same job. Carlos installed a Kitchen in our extension and supported us with recommendations to buy it cost effectively.

Carlos kindly fitted my project in around his other jobs. The project included decorating a 3 bed Victorian terrace, repairing ridge tiles and holes in the roof and revamping the kitchen and bathroom. He also replaced some rotten windows. The spec increased but he was able to give me more time in order to complete the job. He was very customer focussed and wanted to do the best job possible in the limited time available. I would use Carlos again and would recommend him as an honest and reliable tradesman.
